DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. We are working hard to make this happen! Please bear with us. Please refer to our Delivery & Refunds page for more information.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
If this happens, please contact us immediately. If you do not get in touch in time and your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to do anything and you will not be eligible for a refund.

WILL MY SKIN TURN GREEN?
This depends entirely on the individual as everyones skin reacts differently. Here at The Mati Studio, we use high quality 925 sterling silver and gold plating in our pieces. Sometimes, some people may find that the very small percentage of copper present in 925 sterling silver may oxidise when it comes into contact with their skin, which can cause a slight green stain to the skin. This is not harmful. It can easily be treated by gently scrubbing the area with warm soapy water. Copper is a safe material, and it is found in most high end jewellery, whether it is for shaping and strengthening qualities, or for its beautiful colour.
You will not find nickel in our pieces. Nickel, is a low quality metal known to cause irritation. If you have sensitive skin, jewellery that contains stainless steel, sterling silver or anything gold plated (our pieces) are known to be less likely to oxidise, and is recommended as it will most likely compliment your skin type and not cause irritation.
CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?
If there is a problem with your order; such as it arriving damaged, we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please note that because our jewellery is made to order in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
To claim your replacement or refund, please send us your order number and photographic evidence of the issue (via Email or via Instagram message). We will then assess the issue with the best possible solution, and then provide you with a new piece or a refund. Please note that, you will not be able to claim a refund or a replacement if you have not sufficiently cared for your pieces by following our Care Guide. We aim to get back to you within 1-3 working days.
